We have developed an intuitive and comprehensive interface to simplify the management of M&A files. It includes several essential modules: management of sellers and partners, data collection for necessary documents, estimation of a company’s market value, secure access to information via a data room, search for buyers via a dedicated marketplace, and facilitation of exchanges between sellers and buyers.

The SaaS solution is designed to immerse users in the Alvo world, while guaranteeing optimum security thanks to a unique database. The interface is customized according to Alvo’s graphic charter to offer a fluid and coherent user experience.

Data Automation for Efficiency

We have integrated innovative functionalities such as the automatic generation of documents from collected data, making it possible to create company presentations at the click of a button. Thanks to the Pappers API, users can also automatically retrieve company data simply by entering their SIRET number.
