STEERONE, a performance consulting firm, wanted to stand out in a competitive market. Cosa designed a new brand platform, a dynamic website and an innovative recruitment campaign to reinforce its reputation and attract talent.
STEERONE is a consulting firm specializing in data, corporate strategy and team management, founded in 2020. Despite its youth, it stands out for its comprehensive offering and tailor-made support. In 2024, STEERONE called on Cosa to modernize its visual identity and launch a targeted recruitment campaign.
Since its creation, STEERONE has made a name for itself thanks to its expertise in management control and performance management. However, to differentiate itself in a highly competitive sector, the company needed to rethink its brand identity and communication strategy in order to raise its profile and recruit effectively.
Cosa created a strong visual identity and a dynamic website for STEERONE, while developing a targeted recruitment campaign. This repositioning enables them to assert their DNA and attract the right profiles.
We designed a brand platform with a clear strategic positioning and developed a modern visual identity reflecting STEERONE’s ambition and innovation. The logo is inspired by a rising arrow to symbolize the firm’s ambition to take its customers to the top. Dynamic colors and visuals convey the adventurous spirit of the brand.
The website, developed on Webflow, embodies the new graphic charter with a bold tone. Key messages such as “Precursors”, ‘Audacious’ and “Explorers” highlight the firm’s values. The visuals reinforce this identity by capturing STEERONE’s unique spirit.
We have launched a video campaign promoting employees as “intrepid”. The videos embody the firm’s DNA while attracting talent aligned with their vision: working with passion, boldness and team spirit to maximize performance.
